I’m an independent maker building tools for YouTube creators and AI-powered creator workflows. In 2025, I ran five faceless YouTube channels with 400M+ total views. That gave me a close look at creator workflows, audience signals, production pain points, and the tools that are still missing. Before becoming an indie maker, I spent 10+ years in product and user operations at companies like Alibaba. I’m currently building AudienceCue, TimedSubs, and JungRoom, with more YouTube-related creator tools on the way.

Rumpelstiltskin AI is live: turn one photo into the tiptoe dance

Hi everyone we ve added Rumpelstiltskin AI to CreateFaceless. Upload one clear photo and make your own version of the tiptoe shh dance, with the fairy-tale outfit and curled shoes.

We built an original AI template for this. It doesn t paste your face into the viral clip. Getting a convincing still was only the start: early video tests changed the face or moved the head out of frame, so we separated identity, costume and scene references before freezing the template.

The single-person version is live:

  • About 13 seconds, 720p, no watermark.

  • Vertical 9:16 or landscape 16:9.
