That gave me a close look at creator workflows, audience signals, production pain points, and the tools that are still missing. Before becoming an indie maker, I spent 10+ years in product and user operations at companies like Alibaba. I’m currently building AudienceCue, TimedSubs, and JungRoom, with more YouTube-related creator tools on the way.
