
I rarely write these reviews but I’m doing this one to show my support for FISKL. It’s out of self-interest: I want them to succeed so I can keep using their product. I have tested, or used as a paid subscriber, well over a dozen accounting software platforms. I was miserable as a user of QuickBooks (abysmal customer support) and Xero (rip-off prices). Since switching to Fiskl recently, I have been blown away by the fast, thorough, hands-on and tailored customer support that Fiskl provides. I had some technical questions and within a few minutes Shawn on the Fiskl team had rustled up screenshare videos for me in which he talked me through each issue. He even formatted the files I was working on for me. The UI is really slick and intuitive. The platform itself has sophisticated functionality that is put together really well. I needed multi-currency support and it has this along with all the features I was looking for and more. Very pleased that I made the leap to Fiskl.
