I was testing a lot of products in this space, including ZenHub and all other dev-metric tracking solutions. Echoes is different. It focuses on what the time of my company is spent on - is this features building? Is this bug fixing? Customer support? And all of it simply by analyzing our GitHub issue labels. This gives insights that other tools do not and I really love it.
