I sincerely wish I could have something like Cohere Voice at Amazon. I work on an internal tool with thousands of users, and support becomes a nightmare of users filing tickets, slow screenshot exchanges, and awkward instances of “can you hop in a call real quick and share your screen?” If my team had Cohere, we could observe bugs as they’re happening AND call the user right there!

I was an early tester of this product! It felt like magic when I used it for the first time. It's hard to see why anyone would use screensharing to support and onboard users once Cohere launches.
