William Steinberg earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Old Dominion University, where he developed a strong technical foundation grounded in both theory and application. A six-month internship at NASA’s Langley Research Center became a defining experience, allowing him to contribute to Project HALOE, which supported space shuttle missions and gathered solar data. He later completed a Master’s degree at California State University, Northridge, earning Tau Beta Pi honors while deepening his expertise in embedded systems and signal processing.
