I’ve been using Othership for two weeks. At this point I’m still hanging out in the early sessions, and the benefits have been pretty remarkable. I’ve had meditation practices off and on for over a decade, and while the benefits are sufficient to make me want to meditate, the hit rate is low enough that I’ll sometimes come out less relaxed & with less mental clarity than I had going in....
