Being able to quickly record each set on the watch is way nicer than having to open up my phone in between sets or write things down in a notebook. It has made tracking my workouts so much better. My only feature request would be the ability to automatically set weight increases for each workout or set more complex workouts and weight increases/decreases like in 5/3/1. Pros: Apple watch...
