Throughout her working life, Wende Pettit has consistently demonstrated the significant impact that thoughtful support can have on an organization. Her career spans over 15 years across education, healthcare, and small business, and in each setting, she has become the person others depend on when accuracy and calm leadership are essential. She has always believed that strong administrative work enables others to perform their jobs more effectively, and that belief has guided every role she has taken on. Much of Wende’s professional path has been rooted in the public school systems of Northern Bergen County, New Jersey, as Executive Assistant to the Superintendents of Schools in both the River Edge and Fair Lawn Boards of Education.
