@ sakshamsharda - Are all the answers to the questions available programmatically or integrated into the various ESPs you support? The reason I ask is, answers to quiz questions would be super helpful to segment/target users in the database/crm/esp.

Really interesting, and I like how flexible the interface of this "canvas" can be. However, can you help share some use cases or experiences where embedding a chat on top of a web/app and then embedding extensions make sense? Why not just build the web app outside of the conversation and point the user to it from the chat?

Any thoughts about putting Bots on the Starter tier or as an additional add on? Seems like the price of entry at $250/month is going to impede adoption.

Wonderful design and product! What I don't understand is the pricing model - on face, it looks straight forward based on features and number of staff members, but there's this thing about the number of "learners" (or engaged learners) for each plan. Is there a fee per user? And if so, what's the pricing?
