my son signed me up for remento. i really wasn't interest because i'm creating video of family stories on my own. i don't need their prompts etc. i also don't like getting more than daily reminders to do these things. i have tried to have my account deleted. first i could not do it myself because the account was started by my son. he tried and marie in support said the emails to me would end. they have not despite several days and repeated requests to end it. Don't sign up for someone else unless you know they want this service you just can't get rid of them.
