Congrats on the launch, Team Merit! The ability for talented but under networked junior tech professionals to gain insight on how to grow in their careers is a real pain point. Often times, this advice is limited to folks with deeper pockets in large companies or in accelerators with limited access. Glad to see a team passionate about democratizing this process.
