When capturing make sure you're not interrupting/popping up "stuff" that will get in the way of a succession of screen shots. Video doesn't make clear what controls are provided for recording. Pros: UI (video) looks nicely minimal and focused on unique useful features Cons: Screen capture is MacOS built-in; this is competitive app space so final pricing key.

I do not want to recommend any tool that will make people lazy(er) and lower their writing /speaking skills. Pros: I’m not sure Cons: My sense is that my “creative” writing will be interrupted by suggestions that that are wrong. Machines keep working for humans!
