Been using Goodmeetings for over eight months now, and our whole team relies on the recordings, transcripts, and summaries generated by it. As a salesperson, I've stopped worrying about taking notes during sales calls because I know GM would do a great job generating the action items and sending them to our company Slack.
In addition to a great product, the team is super responsive to bugs/feedback, and the resolution time is speedy. Srini is very hands-on, along with his whole team.
