It's amazing how such a simple app can make your office work day so much easier. Our new office building has a ton of meeting rooms, lockers and shared desks. It's very easy using Flanco app to book desks and meeting rooms in advance so I always know the room I booked will be mine (instead of roaming through 6 floors and 60 meeting rooms looking for a spot..). I'm also a big fan of the lockers integration all I need to do is pick an empty locker, put my stuff in, close it, scan qr code and the locker is locked in my name! Very convenient.
Finally, it's amazing that Flanco has mobile key so I can access through my building with the app and don't need a physical access card anymore!
Really happy I don't need to use 4-5 different apps for daily office operations.
