I'm building the plugin that will convert any image that has UI on it to rectangles and text in Figma. It's not ready yet, and I want to know how relevant it is for UI designers.

Not yet another vector or any image editor. We are building an all-purpose 2d content creation tool, which includes UI design, Illustration, animation and who knows, what else you can do with it.
