Teams is build different then Slack, and if you're working on both platforms, it is challenging since your product needs to operate in two different ways. The good thing for us is that slicing the teams into well, khm, teams is already there out of the box in Teams :) So we added one more feature in our backend and analytics dashboard to reflect that. We hear the users like that!
This is a super easy project management tool that helped us keep on track and make progress all the time. After a while we started dropping all the documents there, it was much easier to follow and find anything you need quickly.
We liked the integration documentation and process, it was very easy to follow and predictable. It was a lenghty process, but at least it's very clear and you know what you expect and when.
