Tips for Discovery Interview Recruitment Before Launch
Hello there! As my startup prepares for a global launch after successfully validating its product-market fit (PMF) here in Brazil, I'm faced with the challenge of gathering insights from people in foreign countries. Without an extensive network, this task can be quite daunting.

Amazing! I did easily connect our Zendesk account and it has easily loaded the top feature requests and complains. That's gonna save a lot of time.
Some suggestions:
- a simple count of records for each feedback sentence (gross number and %)
- drilling down the feedback sentence to the granular feedbacks
- a quick and simple analytics
