I come from customer success, but I’ve always been curious about what happens on the other side of the product. Candid Profile started as an AI experiment and turned into a way to understand the full process of building software — the messy backend bits, the product decisions, the design trade-offs, and the iteration that happens after launch. It taught me that shipping something real is usually harder, and more valuable, than having lots of ideas. It also gave me a better appreciation for product quality, user empathy, and the choices teams make to get from “interesting” to “useful.”
