Building AI agents @ Online Zone

About

CEO of Online Zone. I work at the intersection of business strategy and AI automation — building custom AI agents that eliminate operational drag for mid-market and enterprise teams, instead of selling abstract "AI capabilities." Just launched and onboarding our first pilot clients across logistics, real estate, healthcare, education, hospitality, and e-commerce. My focus: turning AI from a buzzword into measurable operational velocity — cutting cycle times, OPEX, and the routine approvals that keep leadership from focusing on scaling the business. Based in Ukraine, building for teams everywhere. Always happy to talk AI agent architecture, security (Zero Data Retention, GDPR/ISO 27001), or where these systems tend to break in real production workflows.

Online Zone - Turn routine ops into an AI agent that runs itself

Custom AI agents for mid-market and enterprise teams — built to eliminate operational drag, not add another tool to babysit. We deploy agents trained on your data that handle sales conversations, qualify leads, and resolve up to 80% of routine support requests 24/7 — cutting response costs up to 70% while lifting conversion. Zero Data Retention, AES-256 encryption, GDPR/ISO 27001 compliant. On-premise deployment available. Launch in 2–4 weeks. Free consultation.

Your agent does something wrong. How far does it reach before anyone notices?

Two months ago I asked here how people stay aware of what their agents are doing, and @getosmo replied with something that has been quietly rearranging my roadmap since.

I had been treating "can you undo it" as the line for when an agent should stop and ask. He took that apart. Irreversibility over-fires and under-fires, he said. It over-fires on things that cannot be undone but that nobody cares about, like the agent writing a log line. It under-fires on the ones that really hurt: a mass email to 50k users, or a migration you can only roll back after downtime. "Reversible on paper, ruinous in practice."
