How useful do you find a platform that records video reviews from the browser?
My all time problem (and my customer's problem as well) is believing the reviews on a product or service are true. So in order to believe a review, I must hear it from a real person. Unfortunately I cannot meet everyone that used a product. BUT I would believe a video of a real person, sharing the experience with a certain product or service. Agree or Disagree ?

Most reviews do not build trust anymore. They just fill space on a page. A wall of 5-star text testimonials is not proof. At best, it is decoration. At worst, it looks made up.
