This app can replace the motivation letter and CV which are made of too many undifferentiated if not fake words. Pros: I love this effective new way of recruiting people where the energy level and experience of the individual comes forward truthfully. Cons: The app popularity needs to go up even more so that the candidate basket gets bigger!
