I used to organized annual week-end with friends in a location, and recently with family. I had the idea to automate what I do in an Excel file. This includes entering attendees, creating a poll, planning menus, and sharing the shopping list. I also added a small accounting section for when renting a cottage, as well as an information tab to keep track of the party's location.
