I’m retired. So I figured I’d read ALL (nearly 400) of the reviews…. I am among the original investors of this FINE product, so I have tried to keep informed of the progress of my investment. I find it interesting to note that typically ALL the negative reviews were of the “sour grape” genre. The reviewers clearly had not read all the information regarding the INVESTMENT in a product to come (NOT a straight up purchase). I am also disappointed about the long wait for the final delivery, BUT I’m more disappointed with the COVID-19 pandemic and everything that it has affected in life around the globe. The wait for my products has very little to do with the company’s “failure” to produce what was promised; it is tied into many factors beyond its control that have affected nearly every manufacturer worldwide. I invested back in 2019, so I have been patient for a long time. I am very happy to hear updates on the quality improvements that have been made due to findings in quality control. Communications have been top notch, if you care to pay attention. If you care to ask any questions, you will be amazed by the speed of response and quality of customer care delivered. I have no doubt that the promised battery packs and wireless chargers will arrive in due course, and likely with better specs than originally planned for because of all the considerable testing they have undergone. I am convinced that anyone who gives careful consideration to their purchases will ultimately choose MAGFAST as their charger for mobile devices.
