I’m also the maker behind The Talent App — an MIT open-source ATS you can self-host or have SparxIT implement. Not another multi-tenant hiring login. I believe an organization is its people. That idea still runs SparxIT — and it’s why The Talent App is built for ownership, not seat lock-in.
