The luggage was fine until you have the zipper pull and the slider body of the zipper completely detach from the zipper and it's teeth. Would be great if I could re-connet, but the end of the zipper is under the seam of the luggage and thsi is NOT covered under warranty if the zipper is unusable. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - other brands, Away, Beis, Monos, etc have better customer service and this would be covered under warranty by them.
