When you're resource-constrained, you don't over-engineer. You decompose to what actually needs to exist, build the minimum viable version that holds under real load, and iterate. Same discipline across IIoT platforms, AI products, and enterprise infrastructure, greenfield and brownfield. The constraint is never the domain. It's always clarity of problem and speed to first working version. Founder instinct: ownership without ego, execution without waste.
