I find I really enjoy Mondays since striking out on my own. They're no longer filled with thoughts of what I have to still get done from last week, what needs to get out this week and who is going to come in and change plans/direction after spending time planning with the team. ✔️Done. Enjoyed the survey, helped me get thoughtful on how my technique has evolved. Over the years it has evolved to be a combination of paper and digital. I learned not to force myself into one place. If something's in my brain a lot I write it down multiple times and multiple ways (calendar, paper, digital) until it's done. Then I get the pleasure of scratching it off more than once :-)
