I’m the CTO at Apta AI, where we build conversational AI systems that automate complex workflows and deliver domain-specific insights. With a PhD in Natural Language Processing from the University of Cambridge, I focus on developing scalable AI architectures that bridge cutting-edge research and practical application. At Apta, we’re advancing conversational AI through an approach called agentic flow. In this model, large language models manage natural language interaction, while bespoke expert systems handle analytics and reasoning. This structure addresses the limitations of generalist AI and enables us to develop high-precision solutions tailored to specific domains.
