I use xTiles for my tasks/time management. I moved to xTiles from Miro and Trello,
because it is very simple and intuitive and gives a lot of space for personalisation. While Trello forces you to use Kanban ideology and Miro is not intuitive enough to feel comfortable. I like xTiles UI/UX, every action is obvious and simple to do. I also like pre-built templates. I use weekly planning and Literature liks. I would like to try team cooperation when teamwork functions are available.
