I love this book! I received this book on one of marketing conferences, together with a pile of conference materials and every possible little thing I collected from vendor booths. I read the book, and then bought three more for three of my managers. The book explains the evolution of marketing department in an organization, and explains that it takes time. Great book! It explains typical miring mistakes, interview issues (and I could see which ones I made in the past ;-) ) and recommends an approach for hiring to build a capable team. I love Samepage! Coming from the large organization to a small and nimble company, I was looking for a Sharepoint alternative... but more flexible and easier to use. I found Samepage. The tool is very simple and flexible, and has all core capabilities a person might need to organize projects or build an "intranet" for the team. Very easy to learn! Highly recommend!

Samepage facilitates communication, project management, running meetings, online collaboration and more by combining team chat, video conferencing, screen sharing, task management, file sharing, and document collaboration in a single collaborative workspace.

I love this book too! It gives different perspective on approach to life. It is even more interesting than Black Swan, which is a fantastic book.
