I purchased the pro version of the tool for today’s podcast.
My experience with the tool is the worst in recent times.
1. The website did not work (either it did not respond to touch on ipad or too slow to open).
2.When started recording, microphone have too much background white noise (only when i use the recording). When the recording is closed, it is not the case.
3. Video did not appear for a long time even after recording.
4. Tried with Mac as my ipad may have issues with internet or permissions. But faced the same issue with the Mac as well.
5. tried to file a complain in the help section. But it did not allowed me to write more than a few words.
Worst tool. Only let to lose the time of you and your guest.
