Trace is up for an Orbit Award in AI Workflow Automation!

Trace tends to show up where workflows get complex. The parts of work that involve reasoning, coordination, and follow ups instead of simple triggers.

If you are using Trace, we want to hear how. What kind of workflow is it handling for you? What problem finally felt manageable once Trace was in the mix?

Announcing a $60M Series B at a $1B valuation

Big news! DevSecOps, EU-based company @Aikido Security just announced a $60M Series B at a $1B valuation.

@madelinelawren wrote in their blog announcement:

Today, Aikido is used by 100,000+ teams globally, including customers like the Premier League, SoundCloud, Niantic, and Revolut. Over the past year, we grew revenue 5x and more than tripled our customer base. (...)

The next chapter is about self-securing software. Not security as a reactive activity with dashboards and manual weeks long testing. Rather, software that can secure itself on demand.

Trophy 1.0 is officially live!

Trophy 1.0 is officially live. This is the first of a few launches we'll be doing this year so stay tuned...

Thank you, Product Hunt — our first public launch & Top 10 finish

Hey, Hunters

I just want to say thank you to everyone who supported the PingPrompt launch.

We finished #10 of the day and got featured on Product Hunt among 463 products launched yesterday. This means a lot, especially because this was PingPrompt s first public launch whitout audience, competing alongside some truly great apps.

We also gained 102 new followers, plus new trial users and subscriptions. Thank you for the trust and for taking the time to try something new.

🧠 AI apps need memory but building it yourself is brutal

Most AI apps eventually hit the same wall. They forget users unless you build a ton of infrastructure first. This means every AI dev eventually will end up building this infra to provide the best user experience needs for their agent and app.

What rolling your own really means:

  • Vector DBs + embeddings + tuning

  • Extracting memories from conversations (and resolving conflicts)

  • Designing user profile schemas and keeping them in sync

  • Managing long chat history + summarization pipelines

  • Juggling different formats across OpenAI, Claude, etc.

  • Hosting, scaling, backups, monitoring

Guys, a new problem from the USA has been posted.

Guys, a new problem from the USA has been posted. However, according to our observations, two very similar problems from other countries and by different authors have already been published on ProblemHunt. We recommend paying attention to this.

Video Chat Pain Points: What's Broken in Google Meet, Teams, Jitsi, and Others?

Hey PH community! As we all rely on video calls more than ever, I'm curious about your biggest frustrations with tools like Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Jitsi, or even the infamous Cluey. Do clunky interfaces, poor AI integrations, or a lack of admin controls (like forcing video on for interviews) drive you nuts?

I'm thinking about adding video chat to Blimp (getblimpy.cloud), our AI-native productivity suite. Imagine an AI assistant that quietly takes minutes in the background (non-intrusive), auto-generates bullet-point actions as tasks in your project hub (ditching those sloppy AI emails), plus admin perks like mandatory video, global audio muting, and background video effects that don't slow down your video.

What are your top video chat pain points? Share below your ideas could shape this!

This is how I spent money in 2025

Every year I reflect on how I spent money in the previous year. Previously, I have manually scraped my bank statements and put together a report, but 2025 was interesting because I built a fairly overkill personal finance product to make this report easy to generate for myself.

Because it is really easy, I m going to do a deep dive on how I spent money in 2025. (I was able to put this all together in ~10 mins)

Code review breaks when reviewers are tired

Not because people don t care.
Because attention is limited.

When reviewers are exhausted,
they miss context,
skim changes,
and default to approval.

PRFlow was built to remove the noise before humans step in,
lint-level issues, obvious mistakes, missing basics.

It doesn t replace reviewers.
It protects their focus.
If you want to try it on real PRs, here is the link : https://www.graphbit.ai/prflow

What are the 3 things you’re grateful for every day?

What are three things you re grateful for every day?
Are they the same, or do they change over time?

For me, the three things I m grateful for most days are:

  • Having the health to keep working

  • Having work that I can pursue and grow with

  • Having a family that cares about me and supports me from behind the scenes

Of course, each day brings different moments, small wins, or reasons to feel grateful.
But at the core, it often comes back to the same things: health, work, and family.

Made with Metabase showcase

Hey hey PH community
We kicked off a little Made with Metabase contest on Reddit and would love to see what you ve been building.

If you've shipped something with Metabase (dashboards, internal tools, data stack, or scrappy MVPs), this is a nice excuse to turn that work into a limited-edition Metabase mechanical keyboard

Shelfinder Update 1.0.2 — Stability boost, safer file moves, and smoother drag & drop

Hey everyone!
Here s a small but meaningful update focused on reliability, safety, and ease of use.

What s new in 1.0.2:
More reliable drag & drop for large file groups
Moving a big batch of files could occasionally leave a few items behind on the shelf or in the source folder.
This update improves how Shelfinder handles these operations so everything moves together as expected.

Stronger file-operation safety
We added extra safeguards to ensure files aren t lost during a move even in edge cases or when dragging large groups.

New entry points to Preferences
You can now open Preferences from:

What's coming next

Hey folks,

Here's what we're working on actively & planning to release with next update:

  • Automatic capture of memories/data entered by users.

  • Support for select/radio/checkbox fields

  • Alternate fill modes that trigger superfill.ai autofill directly from webpage without the need to open extension UI

Apple Intelligence is actually powerful enough for some daily tasks.

When designing our AI features in Weather mini 3, we avoided third-party cloud services and heavy local LLM setups. Instead, we rely on what s already built into users devices no accounts, no downloads, no configuration. The goal is simple: a truly easy, just works experience that s good enough to be useful in real life.

Getting Devs to Change Their Workflow Requires Being 10x Better, Not 2x Better
