I sit at my computer desk for at least 10 hours every day, and the long periods of lowering my head cause neck pain. Maintaining a healthy posture is usually difficult, and I unconsciously revert to the incorrect posture after a while. Therefore, I made this app to remind me to maintain a good sitting posture. Give it a try too! Any feedback is welcome.
