Would you use AI to check your form?
We have spent a lot of time getting the form check on sensai.pt up to a level comparable to actual personal trainers' feedback. My question is: given that this form check lives up to its name and works really well, would you use it or are there objections against using AI for your home fitness? If so, what are those? Very curious to hear.
