Product is good but support team is hell

I was a verified user but all of a sudden i got unverified i raised this concern with your support team on the 27th of April but till date no reply from Facebook support, Emails or Twitter DM's a professional organization like Earn dot com shows this sort of negligence behavior to their users around the globe.
