Have expertise in creating algorithms based on deep statistical analysis & predictive modelling to improve customer relationships, retention, & personalization. Started my journey as a Computer Science graduate working as a CRM developer, but my interest in Machine Learning led me to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Science.
