Honestly, all I need is a clean space - so I make sure my apartment is tidy before starting work. I also turn off notifications on my phone and turn on m "work music" ;)

I write down all my tasks for the day and prioritize them (using Eisenhower model). Then I schedule them with Firmbee!

I couldn’t imagine running HR projects without Firmbee. I’ve been using this for 10 months already and never felt so organized and fast while doing collaborative hiring. There’s a candidate database with automatic candidate suggestions, an option to track job offers, work on kanban boards with your hiring team and much more! According to the rules of Time Management matrix, I divide my tasks into: - important - not important - urgent - not urgent It helps mi prioritize and plan them with Firmbee - a tool for project and time management. I use it for professional and private purposes :)

Usually morning works for me. I need daylight to work productively :)
