Why do they make it so hard to sign up?

I used it yesterday and I wasn't expecting much. In fact, I assumed my order would be cancelled and that my money would be returned because it was SOOOO simple to use. I was shocked how AWESOME it turned out to be. I ordered cupcakes last night and they were delivered this morning. Incredible communication via text. I don't know how your business model allows it to be so cheap, but way to go.

I love the name and the design is cool. But with Instagram and Facebook, I'm not sure I would ever use something like this. But who knows, maybe this is the future of how people will keep their family photo albums (but maybe partner with a company to print photo albums?)
