AICosts.ai is the unified dashboard I built to track AI spending across 50+ platforms after getting tired of juggling multiple billing portals and surprise charges from forgotten automations. We recently tried our first organic launch on PH a few days ago as well so thank you to everyone who upvoted and/or commented!
Track spending, optimize resource allocation, and maximize ROI across all AI services βfrom LLMs like Claude and GPT to workflow automation tools such as n8n, plus specialized AI services and development resources.
After watching friends and creators build multiple projects with Cursor, Claude, and basically every AI tool I can get my hands on, I've found them with monthly AI bills that look more like car payments than development expenses. That being said, personally, I've been jumping between 10+ different billing portals just to figure out where my money's going, and honestly, it's become a nightmare to track.
Have you had this problem as well? If yes, how do you tackle it?
I've been building some increasingly complex automations lately across different platforms (Make.com, n8n, Zapier) that connect multiple AI services together. While the technical side works beautifully, I'm hitting a major pain point: figuring out how much each automation actually costs to run.
Companies are hemorrhaging money on inefficient AI usage without even realizing it.
After watching countless teams, and myself, struggle to manage ballooning AI costs across multiple platforms (juggling between billing portals, losing track of spending, getting surprised by bills), I decided to build.
I was recently talking with a group of founders, and we went around sharing tools we're using now. Posting my notes for our community here - would love to know what else people are using!
I've already explored and successfully sold on Microns.io and Acquire.com, but I'm curious about other options and experiences. So for those who have sold an online business before: 1) Which websites or services did you use to list and sell your business? 2) How was your overall experience with these platforms? 3) Were there any unexpected challenges or benefits you encountered? 4) How did the valuation process work? I'm particularly interested in hearing about platforms other than Microns.io and Acquire.com, as I'm already familiar with these. However, if you've had experiences with these platforms, I'd still love to hear your thoughts. Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences!
