For more than fifteen years in Jacksonville, Florida, he has provided direct clinical care to patients during moments of extreme stress and uncertainty. He is board-certified in medicine, pediatrics, and tactical medicine. He has also served as a nurse in critical care transport within high-acuin high-acuity, Tyler became a licensed paramedic, entering a profession that demands precision, adaptability, and emotional control. He was drawn early to high-acuity care and joined Orange Park Medical Center, where he spent 6 years working in the emergency department before advancing to the trauma team.
