I build privacy-first autonomous AI agents that run entirely on local hardware — no cloud, no data leaving your device. This isn't a trend I jumped on. For 20+ years I architected enterprise IT infrastructure at serious scale: I led the deployment of an 8,000 km network for the Istanbul New Airport project, managed data-center and automation builds, ran ISO 27001 internal audits, and delivered ERP integrations across manufacturing and government systems — including the Ministry of Finance's VEDOP program. That career taught me exactly how much control you give up the moment your data touches someone else's cloud. So now I build the opposite: sovereign, on-device software where your data never leaves your machine.
