Ohh, that's incredible. I love cities and lately I'm reading a lot about their intersection with technology. This came at the right time, congratulations and thanks hahah.

1) I start by freely writing down my thoughts about the problem I am trying to solve, then I start a process of learning about the problem field (books, articles, interviews, podcasts...) as much as possible and generate more ideas in the meantime. 2) After the two steps above, I define v1 of my resolution to the problem and go looking for ideas, people, arguments, etc to refute my resolution...
