"Everything" by www.voidtools.com. It is google for your hard drive. Just type any string you think might be part of the filename, and it finds all files and all locations that have that string in the name. It's freeware, with no spam. Integrates with Windows Explorer. Truly fantastic. It's boosted my file-finding productivity by at least 30-50%.

Streetmix is not as good as Streetplan.net. StreetPlan is far more detailed and offers professional graphics.
