I have told them at least five times to not charge my card. They just charged yet again today, even though I cancelled with them 3 months ago. I have opened up a fraud claim with my bank as I have it in writing me saying to not charge me again and them stating they would not. This is not worth the small amount of savings you will get, The customer service is horrible, and even when you have it...
