This helps you get a better view of trends and possible triggers for your child, also it builds a record built in the moment so you dont have to worry about forgetting things when presenting information to healthcare professionals which can be done by generating a PDF report from the app.

How much would you have got done if you'd actually focused the whole time you meant to work or study? Set yourself a time with or without breaks and approve which apps on your Mac are used for the session.
