Can the iOS app track anything outside of safari and screenshots? Seeing screenshots and points about tweets you've seen, but guessing that this would require browsing twitter via Safari? Any plans for adding tracking for additional apps (i.e. Twitter) in the future?

Is the knowledge base integrated with the messenger in any way for users to actually find articles or is the only way to search for articles by going to the knowledgebase "home" page?

Very cool demo - and it's awesome that it's honest. Definitely slower on my phone as well, but cool to see how the different methods compare!

Looks neat. Although I had trouble getting the demo to work on my mobile device. Is the full interface mobile friendly? We do a lot of "admin" work on the go here at Tailwind so that would be crucial. Also, do you integrate with Chargify? Agree with others that the pricing seems a bit high, but if it's truly as plug and play as it seems, I could definitely make a case to pay for it -once you...
