I purchased the Jogg AI lifetime deal on AppSumo specifically because the listing and team promised that credits would cover access to all available models, including advanced options like VEO. During the deal period, the company confirmed in the comments that AppSumo customers would be able to use their credits for these top-tier models. Unfortunately, after the lifetime deal ended, the company announced a major change: credits could no longer be used for models like VEO. Instead, customers were suddenly required to bring their own API key, meaning any remaining credits became useless for these features. This significant restriction was not communicated or disclosed until well after the sale was over. The company also went back and deleted earlier comments promising model access with credits and changed their messaging throughout their channels. This is a Bait and Switch tactic. Even more troubling, when buyers respectfully raised these concerns in public forums and on Jogg AI’s Discord, their messages were deleted and some users were removed completely. This pattern of silencing feedback and removing evidence undermines trust and transparency. Jogg AI’s handling of the situation exposes all LTD buyers to unreasonable risk. Changing central terms after a large group buy, erasing public assurances, and censoring user feedback violates both consumer expectations and basic business integrity. In my view, these practices border on deceptive conduct and could also come under scrutiny from consumer protection authorities. I urge potential buyers to be extremely cautious. Jogg AI did not honor their original commitments. Until these issues are addressed and original LTD terms are fully restored, I cannot recommend this product or company.
