Gave it a try. It's bit slow to load stats in google search results. But, pretty handy tool IMO. Don't know when it becomes a paid extension.

Tried various google chrome extensions and websites for a goof TTS converter and finally stumbled upon this one. Works well and the voices here, especially the ones from Google works extremely well and sounds natural. I haven't tried their transcription services though.
