Team listen to feedback and continously improve product. We're really impressed with the speed at which they ship new features. Knowledge base was a very demanded feature and they added it to Crisp. Thanks guys! Pros: Easy to setup Affordable price for large user base Cons: - None yet.

Happy to see all these free features and a closer integration with Slack. We use Marker to report bugs to our tech team. Highly recommend for small teams!

Great job @baptistejamin & @valeriansaliou for Crisp 2.0 launch (we've been using their beta). We recently switched over from Drift to Crisp and we've been happy with the smooth transition. They also fix bugs quickly within a few days of you notifying them. Looking forward to continuing the Crisp journey!
