I love to build AI systems that replace manual (tedious) operational work. Think invoice processing, support tickets, QA review, data analysis. Before this, I built and sold a national B2C services company. Post-acquisition integration is what showed me how much time companies still spend on inbox-and-spreadsheet work that an LLM can do in seconds. AgentCourier is the email primitive I kept needing while building those systems, so I just turned it into a product.
